Job Description:
The BPM Technical Lead for the Business Process Improvement Practice will lead a team of developers in the design and development of BPM solutions. The technical lead will architect enterprise workflow and BPM solutions using best-of-breed technology and methodologies and provide business process analysis and re-engineering for customers.

He/she will author architecture recommendations and technical design specifications based on customer requirements. The incumbent will work with development teams to deliver full project life-cycle. The lead will also consult with customers and recommend best practices for successful implementation of BPM solutions while developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Additional duties of the technical lead include reporting progress to internal and customer management in a timely and effective manner. He/she will assume project management responsibilities regarding project scheduling, cost and deliverable quality, etc. The incumbent will also be responsible for mentoring junior team members and customer staff. .

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess the following:
. Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related filed
. 7-10 years of relevant system implementation, project management, and/or enterprise architecture experience
. 3 - 5 years of implementation experience with one or more best-of-breed BPM tools, including: BEA Aqua Logic BPM, Appian, Lombardi, TIBCO, Savvion, or Pega Systems.
. 3 - 5 years of experience working in a business consulting environment
. Experience as technical lead for multiple BPM or IT development projects
. Extensive experience defining implementing solutions using Struts, Spring, and other J2EE frameworks
. Proven experience working with customers gathering define technical requirements, modeling business processes; experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations for business audiences
. Experience leading facilitated sessions and workshops to identify technical requirements
