Job Title: Migration Analyst
Rate: 30/hour Max
Work Location:  Madison, NJ
Length: 3+months
 

Position Description/Responsibilities:

Job Title: Migration Analyst for Documentum

Responsibilities:
Reviews and classifies documents in an electronic document management environment to prepare for the migration to a new environment.

Follows work instructions to review, categorize and update metadata tags and properties on documents.

Compares documents in different repositories to determine duplications, versions and disposition.

Reviews of existing doctypes, prepares migration spreadsheets and reviews output from migration processing.

 Assist in mapping of documents to new folder and doctype structure.

Required Skills:
Prior experience with pharmaceutical regulatory, clinical or product development documents, document generation and/or management

Experience with Documentum or other document management systems
Highly detail-oriented person
Keen focus on quality output and adherence to standards
Pro-active problem solver
Experience working in a Microsoft computing environment
General computing skills including use of Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and any email program

Skills Preferred but Not Required:
Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare industry
Bachelor's degree in a science related field of study or equivalent
Experience with indexing databases or catalog systems
Strong ability to work independently
