Title		Sr. Business Systems Analyst
Full Description		The candidate will be responsible for supporting an administration of software tool which tracks business initiatives and status. Prior experience with end-user application support and training preferred. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively work with third-party vendor to improve system functionality and performance. Must have excellent organizational and documentation/writing skills. Must quickly learn new computer applications and features. Will not be responsible for performing any systems development or coding.  Will be responsible for documenting system defects/bugs and communicating with vendor to resolve. Maintain user information/data and perform system admin functions.  Additional support tasks will be determine based upon skills/abilities. Position is more in line as support role, with some Sr. BSA skills for theTransition Organization (Mergers & Acquisitions). Will support the tool used in the group, as well as, train others on the tool Must have a technical background in order to understand the "in's and out's" of the system, as well as, work with the vendor of the tool Will be working with vendor (changes, enhancements, rollouts, etc.) Individual must have clear and concise verbal/written communication.   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Information Services, or Computer Science preferred. Four to six years consulting experience preferred. Eight to twelve years experience, including at least two years professional consulting and two years in program/project management. Formal training in SDLC methodologies. Good analytical and problem solving ability, creativity, and insight. Proven ability to motivate employees and create a positive working environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a strong political awareness.
