Immediate Requirement for IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) / PUNE, India

Currently we have two very urgent openings for IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing) for our PUNE office.

 

Saama Technologies, Inc. is a consulting and systems integration firm with focused expertise in providing actionable business intelligence for enterprises and innovative outsourcing services for software product companies. Leveraging over eleven years of experience at over 750+ projects across multiple marquis clients.

 

Position: IT Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)

Location: PUNE, India

Working Hours: Night Shift. (Pacific time Zone)

Resource joining date: ASAP

 

LOCAL CANDIDATES PREFERRED.

 

Below mentioned is the detailed job description. 

 

Job Qualification:

 

  • Strong experience in US Recruitment Cycle (Contract , Contract to Hire , Permanent) and terminology (Tax Terms, Employment Status, Time Zones etc)
  • Clear understanding of the US Staffing processes/ Techniques – W2/ 1099/ Corp-to-Corp/ H1 Transfers
  • Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Linkedin, Twitter, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
  • Strong in Active and Passive searches to source Candidates.
  • Maintain strong database of candidate for future requirements.
  • Meeting recruitment targets within defined timelines.
  • Exceptional Self Motivational Skills and willing to work in pressure situations if required.
  • Excellent Telephonic Etiquette.
  • Excellent written and oral English.
  • This position requires working in night shift & there is no pick up facility.

 

Educational Qualification:

 

  • Minimum Graduation.
  • MBA/PG in HR a plus.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Source active and passive candidates for (Contract/Contract to Hire and Permanent Requirements).
  • Managing technical recruitments for the Business unit.
  • Follow the Recruitment Process as defined by Saama Technologies.
  • Line up Candidates for Interviews and build a strong database.
  • Report Generation, Resume Formatting and Job Posting.  
  • Vendor Management etc.

 

Anyone having Experience in recruiting Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing candidates would be the perfect match.
