Business Analyst with Reporting and Business Intelligence Experience
The Business Analyst will work with the business stakeholders to understand their contact center reporting and analysis needs. The role requires a passion for combining business requirements with a technical understanding of the system to help identify unique reporting solutions. This role combines the soft consulting / documentation skills of a Business Analyst with the technical aptitude of a data analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, validate and document detailed data and reporting requirements down to the column level and report layout, in direct support of business requirements and priorities.
Serve as a liaison between the MIS Reporting team and business stakeholders.
Identification of data sources for the required data attributes
Build relationships with business customers and IS project leads
Assume the lead BA role for the enterprise Customer Communications Retrieval System
Contact Center reporting is evolving with many stakeholders and IS technical leads and the incumbent must be an expert at navigating through a complex organization of resources without getting easily frustrated
