6. Four or more years experience JAVA programming.
7. Three or more years experience in EJB development and
transaction management programming in a complex, large-scale environment
involving the integration of J2EE applications with other environments,
including legacy mainframe environments.
8. Three or more years experience developing JSP/Servlets and in
the use of STRUTS framework.
9. Three or more years experience with the use of Hibernate or any
other Object Relation mapping frameworks in a J2EE environment.
10. Three or more years experience with use of XML, JAXB and web

IBM Websphere application server platform.
12. Three or more years with demonstrated proficiency in the proper
application of standard design patterns to solve complex business
