ownership - 4 new

I followed your advice, thanks. I was able to change the group name, but I
wasn't able to change my group URL. I get the same message - this name already
exists (or something like that). I'd really like to use that URL, if it's
possible. That URL is: [link]It now hangs without an owner and without members.

Ask about invite status - 2 new

I have a pending "add members" and "invite members" actions. I guess that
those are flagged for review since this is a big list. where can I ask what is
their status? Thanks Yaniv - Tues, Oct 6 2009 4:59 am

Group Membership History - 2 new
--------------------------------
I went to the member list and noticed that one of the members is no longer a
member. I didn't get any type of notification, I just happened to notice that
there name was not on the list any more. Is there a way to review when a
former member unsuscribed or is there some type of notification when someone
unsubscribes? - Tues, Oct 6 2009 6:02 am

Can't Change Settings Under "Manager Members" - 2 new
-----------------------------------------------------
Hi, Interesting response, but can't understand how that is correct as I have
members without google accounts who are fine. I also have the same problem as
you though in my group, I have 2 members, 1 is AOL & the other is BT Internet,
who both have the same problem "Email - non-verified" under the Delivery
column, and "Not - Tues, Oct 6 2009 6:36 am

non-verified members??? - 2 new
-------------------------------
Hi I have two members who are listed as "Email - non-verified" under the
Delivery column, and "Not allowed - non-verified" under the Posting column. I
am unable to change these to "Email" under the Delivery column, and "Allowed"
under the Posting column. When I try it and save changes, nothing actually
changes. - Tues, Oct 6 2009 6:39 am

Posts in private group still searchable - 2 new
-----------------------------------------------
Do the search results include new content generated after making the group
private or only old content from before the change? My guess is that making it
private would stop the spider from indexing the new stuff, but that the change
does not affect what's already in Google's web index. </Fred> - Tues, Oct 6

Unable to remove member of group - 3 new

Hi there, I'm having a similar problem. I made a group where all members were
managers. Then asked members to add their preferred email addresses to the
group and delete their non- preferred emails. However they deleted those non-
preferred emails by unsubscribing them as a different manager in the group,
not as the - Tues, Oct 6 2009 11:10 am

Re-instate previously unsubscribed member - 2 new

A member of our group (the Eastside Arts Coalition) moved from her job and I
unsubscribed her from the list of members to add her replacement. Six months
later, she is back in the same job and wants to rejoin our list. When I try to
add her as a member directly, Google tells me that she is already a member and

members vs. open invitations - 1 new
------------------------------------
I'm a bit perplexed about my new Google Group, which I am ONLY using for list
management, not its other features. I tried to add 84 addresses, was denied,
and so invited them instead. Some may have been invited twice. Only 18 are now
members, but quite a few seem to be on my "open invitations" list as verified.
Well, they don't say "non- - Tues, Oct 6 2009 6:30 pm
