Looking for the following skills:

7-11 years+ in EAI and webmethods
Strong technical expertise on Enterprise Application Integration patterns and best practices, including:
- Synchronous vs. asynchronous messaging,
- Real Time vs. Batch strategy
- Incremental vs. Full dataset approach

Candidates who have experience with an SAP Integration.
