Required Skills:

Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) developer with expert skills in: PL/SQL, use of Oracle EBS finance api's and data structures, Oracle forms and reports, BI Publisher, Discoverer, development of JAVA code using J Developer, development of web services and use of BPEL. This application developer would develop interfaces, conversions, customizations, work flows and reports contributing to the implementation of version 12 of Oracle E-Business Suite Financial system at the county,  including new business functionality, new and existing workflow, extensions and providing integration with business side systems, external partners and reporting.

Specific activities include:

Ø      Developing new programs and enhancing existing code; maintaining programs in all aspects of Oracle Financials including JDeveloper, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, XML Publisher, Discoverer, and BPEL.

Ø      Database design using dataflow diagrams, ER diagrams and the Oracle data model.

Ø      Knowledge of applying Oracle Bundles and Maintenance Packs.

Ø      Full software lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.

Ø      Written communication skills including the creation of functional specifications, technical design documentation, test plans and training materials.

Ø      Application development standards and processes, change management processes and procedures.
