Business Analyst with VB.Net & Consumer

 

St. Louis, MO

Position Responsibilities:

Ø      Define requirements, perform analysis and data mapping, and assist in the design, testing, and implementation of automated systems for business processes.

Ø      Facilitate requirements gathering with key business stakeholders by using excellent inquiry and communication skills.

Ø      Provide analysis and recommendations for the correction, enhancement and/or development of applications. Must be able to perform root cause analysis.

Ø      Develop system process, procedures and data maps.

Ø      Conduct and participate in design /code reviews.

Ø      Clearly communicate both orally and in writing, business/technology concepts across all levels of organization.

 

Position Requirements:

Ø      5+ years of recent experience as a technical systems/business analyst supporting large enterprise applications

Ø      Experience working for a consumer packaged goods (CPG) organization. Consultant will be expected to provide industry knowledge across a diversity of business areas (including Customer Service, Product Supply, Finance, and Sales/Marketing)

Ø      Basic knowledge of VB.net applications. Should have the ability to read VB.net code

Ø      Additional basic knowledge in Cognos, Oracle, Business Objects, and data modeling
