· Over 8+ years of experience in Information Technology. As a Siebel Certified Consultant, with around 6 years of experience in implementing Siebel Applications, with expertise in Siebel Tools, Siebel Workflow, e-Configuration, e Script and Siebel Enterprise Application Integration.
· Actively involved in designing, implementation, testing and deploying of Siebel applications based on the client requirement.
· Worked on Siebel EAI Tools, Business Services, XML, and EAI Siebel Adapter, Integration Objects, HTTP, Siebel Web Services, Data Maps, MQ Series, Siebel Up gradation, EIM, Assignment Manager, Siebel Remote, Siebel Actuate Reports and e-Configuration to fulfill the client requirements.
· Strong Knowledge in Configuration, eScript, Workflows, CTI, VBC and EAI.
· Expert in implementing synchronous and asynchronous Siebel Web Service calls (EAI).
· Siebel Experience in implementing multiple full life cycle Siebel Implementations with Siebel 7.x.
· Created Technical Documents to define Interface between Siebel Application and external applications.
· Led the effort to create the interface between Siebel and external applications.
· Involved in extensive prototyping of the Siebel application for customer demonstrations.
· Experience includes specific to design and implementation on Siebel Tools/Configuration/eScript/ WF.
· Very good knowledge in creating, handling and troubleshooting Workflows.
· Knowledge of full requirement analysis for Business process and EIM
· Committed team player with multitasking capabilities with an ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms. Excellent interpersonal and human relations skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
