Position one:Microsoft BI architect

Location: Atlanta GA

Duration: 3+months

Job Duties:
Description Strong Microsoft BI Architect with a exhaustive experience in Microsoft Analysis Services 2005/2008 (SSAS), Microsoft Integration Services 2005/2008 (SSIS), SQL Server 2005/2008 and Microsoft Reporting Services (SSRS). Highly skilled in BI/DW analysis and design with experience in designing and building data marts or data warehouses with SQL Server 2005/2008 Leads design of SSIS packages, SSSAS cubes, reports Experienced in performance tuning of cubes including partitioning. Works with business groups to gather Business Intelligence requirements and leads the effort in translating them into an effective Data Warehouse design using Dimensional Modeling techniques, including strategies for aggregation and other derived structures. Provides consultation on Data Warehousing design principles to onshore and offshore resources. Provide input and recommendations on design/technical issues to project manager/senior managers. Minimum Education/Experience Required: Requires a BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related course of study and at least 6 years of progressively responsible experience or an M.S. and at least two years of experience as an MS BI Architect with above job duties. Proven Data Warehouse design / deployment experience using Star Schemas, reporting and analytics for enterprise data warehouse implementations, and the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple assignments is required. Must be a skilled in communicating with Business users and skilled in listening and translating their requirements into an effective design specification. Demonstrated expertise in concepts underlying varied design techniques and the trade-offs required between the approaches. Experience with Data Modeling tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, required. Experience with Large Data Warehouses.

Position two:Data Modeler

Job Duties:
Data Modeler The technology is BO or Oracle. I need somebody with Cognos background. Since he is going to act as a Lead, I need him to be experienced in Cognos 8. Looking for candidates at Senior Consultant - Manager I levels. (Profile for Screening). Strong skills in Cognos 8.x report studio, and strong development skills in graph based reports development- tree objects, bar graphs, pie charts."Well verse with IBM Cognos 8.x Connection, and customization of Cognos Connection. Customization may involve , but not limited to, rebranding cognos connection portal, inter-portlet interactions, custom navigation etc. Good understanding of Cognos 8 Security, roles, and permissions. Able to apply the security/roles concepts to Cognos reports and Cognos connection. Have past experience in deployment of Cognos 8 Reports and Connection Portal. Looking for BI data modeler with data architecting, dimensional modeling, star schema, data mapping experience needs to understands cubes and multi dimensional models. Needs to have BI experience/background. Leadership experience a huge plus. Excellent communication skills. Job Duties:
iPhone Application Developer Considerable experience with iPhone Application Development - in particular SDK (Version 3.1) Cocoa Touch, Objective C, Interface Builder. Ability to interface to our systems using JSON or XML. Solid experience consuming web service APIs in building native mobile applications. Solid understanding of object oriented patterns and methodologies. Good user interface development ability in the iPhone, with the ability to work closely with business owners on user experience and look and feel. Must have created iPhone apps that have been released to the APP store. We are looking for a senior level individual, with 5+ years of professional development experience that spans the software development lifecycle. This person must be familiar with working in an agile/scrum environment and methodology. Quick learner, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work both as part of a cross-functional team and individually with little supervision are all must have skills. Also a must have is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven and dynamic environment.

Position 4 :Blackberry Application Developer

Blackberry Application Developer. Experience in Objective C programming background on Symbian/Blackberry platforms. Ability to interface to our systems using JSON or XML. Solid experience consuming web service APIs in building native mobile applications. Solid understanding of object oriented patterns and methodologies. Good user interface development experience on mobile devices Application development experience on Mobile, smart phones etc. Mobile application development using Blackberry,/Symbian is required Must have created Blackberry apps that have been released to the Blackberry App World or that are in live production use. Position 5:Global Operations Manager

Location:Chesterbrook, PA

Job Duties:
30% Operations Management • Work with the Capgemini and Client’s management team to develop the Operations Strategy and Roadmap, including Virtualization and Data Center Operations. Support the development and execution of the technology roadmap and product development plans. • Work with the Client business partners to identify areas of opportunity. • Work to develop and improve the competency and capability of the Global Operations team, develop a world class team capable of leading the Client in their growth and development initiatives. • Develop and execute operational plans in support of the both companies business and revenue objectives, and inline with the operations strategy. • Support the team ensuring the skills and capabilities are in place to support existing and developing technical requirements, mentor and develop the managers and individual contributors through the use of challenging projects and training, & address performance issues in a timely manner. • Ensure Capgemini follows FDA regulations as it relates to the design, development, and documentation of services. • Follow established continuous improvements processes • Develop, track and maintain budgets/expenses in global operations. Ensures department operates within established financial parameters. 25% Client Relations • Develop relationships with Clients and user management; support the overall Client relationship strategy and act as the service delivery member of the virtual account management team identifying opportunities to improve service, reduce costs and add value to the account based on service delivery experience and methodology. • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the Clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction. • Serve as single point of contact for sustainment work, to include attending appropriate Client review meetings, leading Client root cause analysis and corrective action sessions, service delivery workshops, major service incidents etc. • Report service delivery measurements to Clients and user management. • Understand Client concerns, requirements and future plans for services provided. • Represent the view of the Client with the Capgemini Service Lines, and provide an independent assessment balancing Client requests with Capgemini service requirements and contractual teams 35% Contractual Governance • Oversee day-to-day operations. • Monitor effectiveness of developed and agreed processes. • Ensure adherence to company and Client-defined standards and change control procedures. • Monitor key performance indicators and objectives. • Ensure adequate controls are in place to detect adverse trends. • Ensure underlying causes of problems are monitored and that action to effect improvement is taken by delivery groups. • Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of regular management reports for Client. Prepare and/or review summary reports on trends, root cause analysis and other reports before they are provided to the Client for completeness, contractual requirements, SLA impact, regulatory compliance, and service impacts. 10% Other Responsibilities • Understand in-depth contract commitments for sustainment work • Provide proactive feedback on delivery issues and escalate issues to Account Management and delivery management. • Oversee resolution of Operational issues and changes • Participate in sales discussions with existing and new Clients providing service delivery and represent the Capgemini Service Delivery management methodology and approach to our Clients. Position 6 :SAP Tester

Location: burbank CA

Duration: 9+months

Job Duties:
Work Experience • 1-3 years experience with SAP testing including stress and volume testing • Hands-on experience with automated testing applications such as Quality Center, Load Runner, etc. • 2 or more years experience with SAP configuration or quality assurance • Entertainment industry experience is preferred Knowledge/Skills • Must be skilled in conducting SAP testing, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Stress Testing and User Acceptance Testing • Knowledge of industry tools used for testing facilitation and automation • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical writing skills • A proven ability to develop positive working relationships with stakeholders and end users
