Hyperformix exp is Must

 

• Should have 5-8 years experience in Performance Testing , Profiling & Tuning.

 

• Indepth knowledge and experience in Performance Testing Methodologies and Best Practices

 

• Should have experience in Hyperformix

 

• Should have exp in Loadrunner

 

• Ability to provide guidance in building Performance Test Environments.

 

• Ability to Monitor & tune various web/app/db servers

 

• Ability to analyze and identify performance bottlenecks and make recommendations

 

• Responsible for Performance Testing

 

• Ability to independently deliver the projects

 

• Strong problem analysis & resolution skills

 

• Knowledge in Sitescope, diagnostics, BAC etc are desirable

 

• Knowledge of S/W development processes and methodologies

 

• Good knowledge in C language

 

• Familiarity to multiple technologies

 

• Good client interaction skills

 

• Strong commitment to meet customer needs

"Hands on experience in testing life cycle Knowledge of Testing tools, especially QC Experience in Leading team - including work allocation and mentoring Clear and concise communication with client as well as team.

 

 Experience in handling issue.

 

 Experienced in Securities Domain

 

Experienced in collating metrics.

 

 Experienced in status reporting" "Above 6+ years of QA experience Test planning and execution Completing the testing deliverables and reporting on daily basis .

 

Ability to effectively guide, mentor, direct the offshore team during the life cycle of the project.

 

 Capable of coordination with Development team, BAs, onsite PM and other managers Incorporating testing best practices and reusable components.

 

 Must have prior experience in leading a team.

 

Should have been involved in all phases of testing .

 

 Requirements, Estimation, Execution and Delivery. Functional Testing, E2E testing, UAT support, Defect reporting, Impact analysis, RCAs, Testing Process knowledge.

 

Effective Communication, Presentation and collaboration skills .

 

 Must have interacted and be very comfortable communicating / interfacing with Business Users Evaluate, monitor, mitigate, communicate and escalate project risks and issues .
