Senior Business Analyst (or Project Manager)
MATC is issuing a request for bid for the services of a Senior Business Analyst (or Project Manager) in leading the technical assessment and impact of a potential rebranding of the college name from Madison Area Technical College to Madison College (with a resultant college domain name change). The consultant will deliver a detailed assessment (document) of all technical considerations if the College should undertake this rebranding project. The document will contain a comprehensive impact assessment that specifies all project requirements, including but not limited to: timeframe, scope, resources, costs, and detailed work efforts required should the college rebrand its name and domain name. We are looking for a senior business analyst or project manager who has experience in assessing or managing a similar project at a comparable institution. This request is being issued to vendors who successfully participated in the MATC Support Specialist Contract in the Senior Business Analyst category. The consultant is expected to have experience in the area described above.
