Title: Lead Java SW Engineer with Maximo
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 3 Months

 

We can’t send Maximo consultants with just Java development for Maximo. 
Candidate will need to have a lot of experience as a Java developer besides in Maximo.

Communication skills MUST be clear.

 

Short Description: Lead Software Engineer : Enterprise Architect – Java – WebLogic – SQL Server Complete Description: The candidate will work with technical professionals to create a technical reliability strategy for existing IBM Maximo 6.X systems and provide senior technical support for driving the strategy to implementation. Reporting to the Application Support Manager, the candidate will ensure the viability, interoperability and reliability of existing Maximo systems by translating availability requirements and company technology standards into an effective architecture that is implemented and validated. This candidate will also be responsible for articulating the architectural vision, validating the architecture against availability requirements, and mentoring the support team on methodologies, processes and guidelines. Behavior Characteristics: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Strong understanding of architecture principles and frameworks Works with constituents and the company architects to gain consensus and establish Maximo architecture standards, policies and directions
