Requirement for Salesforce.com consultant: Redlands, CA

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce.com consultant with one of our client. 

 

Position: Salesforce.com
Duration: 3 months with possibility of extension.
Location: Redlands, CA.

Locals would be preferred. !!!!!!

Job Description:

1.   Salesforce.com Architecture, Design, Development, Administration and Operational Support required.

 

2.       2-3 years of hands-on experience on Force.com developer toolkit - Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Force.com Migration Tool, Web Services/SOA &       Metadata APIs; with 7- 8 years total experience.

3.       Strong SDLC experience.

 

4.       SQL, RDBMS experience preferred

 

5.       Strong web development skills including CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, HTML, XML, PHP.

 

The client's Support Services has planned to carry out a Salesforce-Ideas implementation to create a community portal to capture GIS ideas. In the upcoming phases, a new Collaboration portal will be created on the Salesforce Workspace platform. We require a Business Analyst/ Programmer to carry out this implementation.

BA- SF will report to the Online Support Resources Program Manager. Following are the primary responsibilities for the identified contractor:

·         Perform detailed analysis of business and technical requirements  for  the Ideas and Workspace implementation

·         Write technical approach and design documentation supporting business needs

·         Carry out configuration and identify areas for custom development

·         Contribute to all technical aspects of projects developed

·         Train internal resources on maintenance and upkeep of the Salesforce portals
