Business Analyst requirment

Duration: 6 Months

Rate: $40/hr

 

Public sector experience is highly preferable.

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
1. Expert knowledge in requirements analysis.
2. Strong experience in eliciting requirements at a high and detailed level. This includes knowledge of specific techniques to identify and detail well-rounded business and system requirements.
3. Experience clarifying high level requirements, prioritizing based on business value, and assisting in iteration plan development.
4. Experience with use case development.
5. Experience in the principles and practices of Requirements Management and/or Business Modeling.
6. Analytical, problem solving, and planning skills.
7. Ability to analyze financial and statistical information.
8. Project management, meeting management, and facilitation skills.
9. Ability to effectively collaborate and compromise when necessary
10. Excellent communication skills (orally, writing, visual/graphical presentation)
11. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to effectively collaborate at all levels both internally and externally.
12. Experience in financial services, insurance, or healthcare preferred.
13. Knowledge of the student loan industry a significant plus.
14. Ability to manage multiple activities with varying priorities.
15. Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office software.
