JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for contributing to the design, development, implementation, and support of one or more Java and J2EE applications. The qualified candidate is disciplined in current software development and J2EE technologies and has an aptitude for learning. Must possess strong experience with Oracle PL/SQL, stored procedures, Java - EJB and Struts Framework.

 

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
' Works with analysts, clients and testers to fully understand requirements and business processes and creates detailed interface, technical design and support documentation.
' Incorporates project design standards in all work products.
' Enhances existing code, and works on new development as assigned

 

Required Experience / Education:

 

' BS in Computer Science or related field, preferred.
' Experience with and thorough knowledge of full life cycle software development.
' 3+ years of experience in J2EE enterprise application development
' 3+ years experience with Object Oriented Application Design and Programming in a developer role.
' 2+ years of experience with EJB, JSP, XML, JMS, JDBC and Servlet.
' 2+ years of experience with Oracle RDBMS, Oracle SQL programming.
' 2+ years of experience with internet presentation technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and internet presentation interface design a plus;
' Experience in BEA Weblogic application server is preferred.

Must have good communication skills
