C++ Developer with AIX

 

Location: Atlanta GA

 

Duration: 6 months

 

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES

 

Job Description:

*Minimum 3 year's experience programming in C/C++ on Unix required.

*Good working knowledge of UNIX operating systems required.

*Proficient in Perl and Shell scripts (bash/ksh) required.

*Knowledge of UNIX system calls is a plus.

*Banking applications experience is preferred. Individual must possess strong application system design skills and be able to work independently. Must possess good organizational and communication skills.

Exact Job Duties to be Performed:

*Administer development AIX servers for routine operations.

*Maintain backup schedules for server storage.

*Support G2 AIX development environment.

*Develop/stage G2 AIX system processes as needed.

*Handle OS/compiler and development environment upgrades.

*Provide knowledge on AIX system for developers.
