Senior Peoplesoft Developer Required

1)Peoplesoft HRMS  Technical
 
Must have technical (SQR programming experience) supporting Peoplesoft HRMS Benefits/ Payroll/ELM applications (versions 8.X or higher) and PeopleTools 8.1x or higher. Must have developed test scripts and test cases related to custom code development.
Provide technical guidance to support HR service center transaction processing.

Proficient in PeopleSoft HR and Benefit Administration applications, including self-service applications and open enrollment processes.

* This person must have in depth knowledge of all technical aspects of Peoplesoft version 9.0, HRMS (HR, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll, NA Payroll, G/L Accounting, Time and Labor, ESS, MSS), as well as writing interfaces/programs from/to other systems.
* Must be familiar with Peoplesoft HRMS v. 9.0, high proficiency in designing and writing SQR programs, Peoplesoft Query Language, strong knowledge and proven aptitude in Peoplesoft Open integration technology tools: Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, etc. Proficient in creating workflows (work list and e-mails)
* Troubleshooting and resolving production problems.
* Excellent communication skills.

2) Peoplesoft Finance Technical Consultant
 
PeopleSoft developer with demonstrated proficiency in all phases of PeopleSoft development life cycle, from requirements analysis, systems design, development, testing, deployment and support of PeopleSoft v9.x Financials applications (GL, AP, AM, PO, EXP, ePro).
5 to 7 years experience as a PeopleSoft developer on development projects
Must have used standard IT methodologies, performed business analysis and documentation.
Identify problems and/or potential issues to formulate systemic solutions or propose business process alternatives to meet business requirements.
24x7 Production Support experience for PeopleSoft Applications
Ability to troubleshoot problems and provide quick user response
Knowledge of Oracle Database and Application tuning
Strong analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
Propensity and willingness to learn new technologies
Excellent interpersonal skills; has clear understanding of business procedures; and the ability to work as result oriented team player as well as an individual
Business Areas PS Financials (GL, AP, AM, PO, Expenses and eProcurement)
Workflow and PeopleSoft Security development experience
Languages SQL and PL/SQL
Operating Systems UNIX, Windows XP/NT
Development Tools: People Tools (8.x) (Application designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Messaging, Integration Broker, Data Mover, Component Interface, and File Layouts) and SQL-Plus
Reporting Tool SQR, PSQuery and Crystal
Data Bases Oracle 10g (or higher)
