RE: Sr.Net Developer with Mortgage experience

Sr.Net Developer

Duration: 4-6 months contract

Location: Chicago.

Phone screen w/ a face to face interview.

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Design and develop software using C# and ASP.NET.
- Take leadership in owning features and/or bugs and drive them to completion.
- Design relational databases and write T-SQL code.
- Develop XML data standards and data exchange.
- Interpret functional requirements and translate them into quality code.

 

Experience:

 

- 7-8 years programming experience.
- 4 years with relational databases.
- 4 years experience in .NET development environment with at least 2 years in web-development.
- Proven work-related development experience using ASP.Net, SQL Server 2005/2000, C#, AJAX, and .NET Framework.
- Expert level understanding of Data Modeling, Object Oriented Design, Object Relational mapping, XML/Web Services and Design Patterns is required.
- Strong knowledge of multi-tier web applications, databases, and concerns such as performance, availability and scalability.
- Experienced in developing modular service architectures.
- Recent and extensive experience with large-code bases.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interview end-users and executives.
- Strong experience with Agile and Test driven development processes.
- Motivated self-starter who likes working on very productive, fast-paced teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
