Hi,

     This is Vysham from Sriven Infosys Inc, looking for consultants for below requirement.

 

Project Manager

Charlotte, NC

6 Months- 1+Yrs.

 

MUST HAVE Brokerage, Trading and/or Securities background

 

This individual would be responsible for managing LARGE projects through the entire project management life cycle (i.e. initiate through project close-out)

This individual will also be responsible for some analyst type tasks (e.g. requirement gathering and documenting, test planning, etc.).

Provide team management to use resources effectively with defined roles and timely feedback

Develop and maintain project plan

Issue tracking, resolution and escalation to ensure project delivery

Provide direction and set priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day project team issues

Collaborate with senior level business and IT resources to ensure that the strategy, planning and delivery approach will achieve the desired end results

 

Required Skillset

Minimum seven years of related IT project management experience

Demonstrated on-the-job experience delivering on-time projects within budget that meet the following characteristics:

15+ project team members, a budget greater than $5 million with high visibility by Senior Management and cross department/line of business sponsorship.

Personal competencies include problem solving, adaptability, organizational skills, management skills, self-development, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills

IT business competencies include business acumen, project leadership, relationship management, and industry knowledge

Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, strong skills in MS Office tools, and project management tools

Clear Quest

 

Preferred

PMP certification

 

Business Knowledge Needed: Working experience in a financial institution/brokerage, trading and/or securities environment
