SQL Developer / Crystal reporting tool

$40/hr CTC MAX

 

This resource will be enhancing the existing incentive program activity report built in Crystal reporting tool.

 

Skills Required:

• 3 - 5 years SOLID experience with data analysis and manipulation
• 4 years SOLID experience in SQL programming
• 5 years SOLID experience with data analysis and information reporting, including 2 years of demonstrated understanding of information repository issues and concepts
• Experience in development implementations, data modeling, or data mapping efforts
• SOLID knowledge of relational database concepts, and the ability to create queries and reports using the Crystal Reporting Tool
• Understanding of data elements as they relate to data quality requirements
• Ability to create queries against complex data models and warehouses
• Strong analytical, conceptual and root cause analysis skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously both independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and communication skills
• Understanding of statistical concepts with an ability to apply to informatic reporting

 

Technical Nice to HAVE's:

• Experience with Teradata
• Understanding of dimensional models
• General knowledge of healthcare industry and disease management
• Experience creating clear and concise project documentation

 

Additional Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

This position is responsible for the support of the design and implementation of informatic solutions; supporting end-to-end report development; interfacing between business and technical teams to compile requirements and design solutions; and use of the data in order to build informatic solutions to meet business needs
