Position Description/Responsibilities:

• Design and document the "Forms Creation Process", using InfoPath,
• Form Services, SharePoint lists, Content Types and Workflow.
• Create the CIO Status Report form using InfoPath.
• Create a basic SharePoint survey page for the Customer
• Satisfaction Page.
• Create a basic Vendor Request form using InfoPath.
• Create a basic Desktop Integration Software Package Documentation
• Submission Form using InfoPath.
• Create three additional basic InfoPath forms to be named during
• the engagement.
