Description:

 

  • Deploy "Enterprise Content Applications" (Livelink) to meet business requirements for document life cycle management.
  • Strong experience of custom Livelink workflows including eSign, workflows attributes & security, Livelink objects and LAPI (API)  programming
  • Analyzes business requirements and application objectives; develops solutions within application and platform to meet customers' needs
  • Experience with SQL, Livelink schemas, LiveReports and WebReports.
  • Knowledge of configuration interfaces with Opentext Livelink Server, ADMIN Server, WEB Server and DB Server.
  • Expert understanding of content management best practices - in particular, within the Contract Management arena - specifically, the creation and customization of categories and metadata within the existing Contract Management system.
  • Ability to work with extended, global customer team.
  • System monitoring skills to assist with optimizing performance and uptime.
  • Ability to provide specialized guidance on system to business users.
  • Experience on national or global scale projects.
  • Livelink System Architecture Design, Development, Deployment, Administration and Tuning
  • Livelink Business Process Automation
  • Integration of external data systems and processes into and through Livelink
  • Custom developed solutions to extend and enhance Livelink functionality

Minimum Job Qualifications

 

 

•     Must have 8+ years of professional software development experience preferably in ECM solutions

  • Must have 4+ years experience in implementing and supporting various Livelink Applications.

•     Extensive experience in Enterprise Content Management applications is a big plus

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
  • Must demonstrate knowledge of Livelink best practices in application design and deployment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, to be able to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver superior customer service with high degree of initiative and sense of urgency
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
