REQUIRED:
Experience with low-level verification (not just systems-level) for electronics designs.
· This includes the ability to understand a basic circuit and how to evaluate and test it.
· This experience could come from a background in actual hands-on electronics design or significant Test/V&V experience with electronics products.
- 5+ years of Test Engineering or V&V experience for electro-mechanical New Product Development in a Highly Structured Environment (highly structured development processes, and requirements-driven).
· This experience must include Test Engineering work on the front-end of the Product Development life-cycle. Candidates should have the ability to "understand designs and then develop a way to test them/figure out what needs to be tested.
· Experience just executing the testing for test assets that other Test Engineers develop is not enough".
· Strong organizational and planning skills
· Project leadership skills
· V&V planning skills
· Requirements analysis skills
· Test protocol and procedure development and documentation skills
