Job Title: Business Objects Analyst II

Required Skills:

• Work on all phases of business information development lifecycle, from gathering requirements to testing, implementation, and support.
• Exceptional background in analysis, design, development, customization, and implementation and testing of software applications and products.
• Demonstrated expertise utilizing ETL tools, including Business Objects Data Integrator and relational database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2.
• Demonstrated understanding of Universes, Reports and Dashboards using Business Objects Designer, DESKI, WEBI, Crystal, Crystal Xcelsius and Performance Manager Modules.
• Excellent technical and analytical skills. Team player with excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in a self-paced environment with minimal oversight is essential.
• Milestones will be set, and any risk or obstacles must be highlighted immediately, as we cannot tolerate any unexpected delays.
• Requires an individual that is action-oriented, a self-starter and who understands the mission and will stay focused exclusively on that mission.
