Please  no phone calls   loc:COLUMBUS,Ohio   interview :FACE TO FACE     Must be on your w2 only   Rate:negotiable     Eight (8) years verifiable total IT programmer experience. - Five (5) years verifiable experience as a Senior .Net Web Developer. - Five (5) years verifiable experience using ASP .Net. - Five (5) years verifiable experience using Visual Basic 6.0. - Five (5) years verifiable .Net experience utilizing C Sharp (C#) and VB.Net are required. - Five (5) years verifiable experience with SQL Server or Oracle 9i Database Design. - Two (2) years verifiable experience with Windows Form Development in .Net 2.0. - Two (2) years verifiable SQL Server Data Conversion experience. - One (1) year verifiable Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Design using Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) Web Services experience. - Six (6) months verifiable SQL Server 2005 or 2008 Reporting experience. - One (1) year verifiable experience creating and processing XML files. - Demonstrated understanding of N-tier environments as it relates to deployment. - Demonstrated understanding of code repository strategies, code promotion strategies and recovery (Team Foundation Server preferred). - Three (3) years verifiable experience working directly with end-users to define requirements and provide technical advice and assistance in a large-scale environment. Furthermore, it is preferred to have the following experience, qualifications and certifications: - Experience converting databases from ORACLE to SQL Server. - Understanding of how to automate processes utilizing SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Role and responsibilities include : Meet with business owners to gather and document business requirements. - Complete detailed design documentation for all pages and associated functionality. - Finalize and document an application*s Entity Relationship Diagram. - Map database fields to services exposed to a given user via a web or client interface. - Build all necessary pages and related functionality using .NET technology. - Review .NET /ASP /Visual Basic 6 code written by someone else for debugging and enhancement purposes. - Troubleshoot or optimize stored procedures written by someone else. - Optimize rules dealing with stored procedures, functions and indexes. - Build new stored procedures in SQL Server 2005 / Oracle 9i or later versions. - Create complex packages for automating data and workflow processes. - Convert any data from legacy applications into new application (ORACLE to SQL Server). - Design and build required reports utilizing SQL Server Reporting Services. - Design and build import or export files for integration purposes. - Create System Testing scripts. - Create Error Recovery Routines and Strategies. - Automate processes to moving code from development/test to production. - Deploy any new application to Pilot and/or Production instances. - Implement Active Directory as it relates to programming and provide security group recommendations to Enterprise Support Group. - Create Extensible Markup Language (XML) web services.
