Description of Contractor Duties:   (Please list specific qualifications so that we can find the best candidates

·         Application production on-call support team.  Leverage troubleshooting experience and technical skills to ensure application uptime.  Member of weekly rotation for 24/7 support.

·         Create and modify application technical support and process documentation in team SharePoint wiki and Microsoft Word and Visio.

·         Application development work using Visual Basic, C++, SQL, and stored procedures as assigned by team technical leads.

·         Assist in testing and debugging of applications.

·         Manage customer communications and status of efforts verbally and in writing
