• Development for EAI / SOA projects using TIBCO Businessworks .
• Development for BPM projects using iProcess suite .
• TIBCO adapter development / configuration / customization .
• Maintenance and Support for TIBCO infrastructure .
• Installation, deployment and testing of TIBCO tools / components .
• Documenting code design, test cases, support guides .
• Development in
• J2EE technologies  JMS, JCA, XML, JNDI
• Service Oriented Integration
• ESB, SOA, Web Services, SOAP,
• BPM technologies  iProcess suite
• Good understanding of EAI & BPM concepts and TIBCO technologies.
• Proficient programming skills in one or more of the following:
• Java / J2EE (JMS, JCA) / C++ / CORBA / XML  Development/Deployment/Testing experience in TIBCO technologies such as TIBCO iProcess suite, Business Works, EMS, TIB / RV, Hawk, Adapters .
• Effective communication and experience working in larger teams.
