Title	Technical Trainer
Position Description	SAP Trainer
Responsibilities	Assist in the development in uPerforms recording for the on line training materials for FI/CO & SRM transactions Train the Trainer in SAP core transactions Assist in the development of classroom training materials for the following key areas but not limited to: Cost Center Planning; assessment creation and maintenance; assessment execution; activity type calculation; statistical key figure input; standard cost estimate calculation; production order cost analysis; key financial report; execution; General Ledger account analysis techniques; billing document analysis; profitability document overview; material ledger analysis process; material ledger distribution of usage variance process; period closing analysis process Provide classroom training to multiple audiences including end-users, super-users, site administration Provide training support to finance personnel to facilitate design testing efforts Provide on-site implementation support during go live and immediately after go live
Qualifications	At least 5 years experience as classroom trainer Solid SAP training experience Experience training in SAP FI/CO & SRM modules (FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, GM, FM) K-12 experience a plus Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus SAP training collateral development required Experience with uPerform tools and BPP recordings Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must be able to participate in a team environment and communicate effectively Ability to communicate in oral and written form effectively Ability to effectively communicate functional and technical training to a variety of business and technical partners
