Position Description	SAP HR Configuration Analyst
Responsibilities	Fully, clearly and accurately document systems and process for future state vision of CLIENT Assist in gap analysis between CLIENT requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP Review CLIENT process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible Configure SAP system settings according to CLIENT business requirements and document all configuration Execute and document Unit, Integration and Parallel Testing resolving defects as necessary Define User Authorization profiles and security roles Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with Development team Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications Work with Third Party Vendors on interface requirements and testing procedures Develop work procedures for user related to SAP system Assist in the preparation and validation of end user training and documentation Report delays and risks to team leads Assist in identifying data to be cleansed
Qualifications	Minimum of four years SAP HR experience Expert ability to configure SAP HR PA module including infotypes, personnel actions, and dynamic actions Heavy experience in writing functional specifications Ability to write test scripts and conduct unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing Experience in Public Sector Environment (K-12 preferred) Experience with Concurrent Employment preferred Experience with Quality Center a plus Experience with Solution Manager a plus ABAP debugging skills a plus Additional experience in other HR/Payroll modules a plus Knowledge of regulatory requirements to be met by HR Master Data Experience with conversion and LSMW a plus Good documentation and communication skills Committed to project success
