5-8yr exp with dev principles,implementation,project mgmt and task del. Required  

expert at HTML, XHTML, XML including W3C Standards Required  

Adobe Flash 8 & CS3,Action Script 1, 2 & 3 - Expert Required  

Bachelors degree (CS,ENGG or EQUI.) Required  

PHP,SQL, PostgreSQL,Pick Basic, Java, Javascript Required
