Documentation of requirements, design ITSM solutions to meet requirements, develop and test solution, implement solution meeting customer requirements with no unexpected impact

Support existing ITSM 7.5 implementation

ARS / ITSM 7.x development experience

ITSM 7.0+ development/admin experience

Remedy SRM experience

 Excellent communication skills
