Position # 1: SAP FICA Functional Consultant
· Minimum 2 IS-U implementations on FICA
· Expertise should include
o Dunning and Disconnect
o Handling credit bureaus
o Collection agencies, agency placement files
o Payment Processing
o EDI Payments
o Clearing Rules
Position # 2: SAP IS-U Billing Consultant
· 3 full ISU implementations on Billing
· Expertise should include
o Experience in a de-regulated market
o Integration with DM and FICA
o Exposure to IDOCs and workflows, debugging experience
o Rate design and configuration
o RTP billing a plus
o ABAP programming a plus
Position # 3: SAP BI Consultant
· Strong BI experience
· Strong ABAP experience within BI and also building extractors
· BI-ISU experience a plus
Position # 4: SAP Technical Consultant
· 3 full IS-U implementations as member of technical development (RICEF) team
· Expert level ABAP, knows key IS-U tables within most/all modules, knows integration of modules
Position # 5: SAP Intercompany Data Exchange (IDE) Consultant
· Provide functional and technical expertise in the areas of Intercompany Data Exchange
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise in area of Workflow design to other functional teams
· Assist in the design and implementation of key IDE workflow processes (move-in/out, switch, service orders, device change, etc.)
· Strong Texas Market Knowledge
· IS-U/CCS 4.7 preferred (previous versions maybe acceptable depending on the experience)
· Heavy experience in IDE (Intercompany Data Exchange) configuration and design.
· Deregulated Utilities Experience preferred
· Customer Services knowledge - Move-In/Out
· IDOC
· SAP Components used ECC 6.0 Bundle with the following: CRM 5.0, IS-U/CCS 4.7, BW 7.0
