Job Description:

·         This position will provide 24x7x365 Crisis Management support for commercial clients’ production and non-production applications, systems and infrastructure.

·         Crisis Management consists of the facilitation of troubleshooting, resolution and business recovery activities on a conference bridge, as well as notification (paging), documentation and management/executive escalation and communication.

·         Rotating Shift

Required Skills:

·         Detailed Knowledge of the Mission Critical Support Processes

·         Knowledge of key technology areas (Mainframe, Unix, Network etc)

·         IT Technical knowledge and understanding

·         Troubleshooting skills Bridge facilitation skills

·         Work flexible schedule

·         Team player Self starter, work with minimum direction

·         Good judgment Ability to work special internal projects

·         Advanced troubleshooting skills

·         Ability to adapt to change Documentation skills

·         Leadership potential

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
