Position Description	SAP ABAP HR/Payroll/Time Senior Programmer/Analyst (ABAP HR/Payroll/Time)
Responsibilities	Assist functional teams to create functional specifications incorporating best practices Liaison with the functional and business teams to discuss, design and build robust/efficient solutions Evaluate and analyze functional specifications submitted by functional teams Create technical specifications based on the functional specifications Test and support of complex SAP ABAP programming solutions to meet requirements Document every step according to the Client project adopted standards Build solutions in HR according to Client business requirements Assist in fully, clearly and accurately documenting new systems and process for Client Assist in gap analysis between Client requirement and SAP functionality, review and adopt new functionality in SAP Review Client process requirements and suggest further enhancements and improvements where possible Identify needs for systems development, specify requirements and review data requirements with functional Development team Develop interface designs to the identified legacy systems and applications Report delays and risks to team leads Assist in identifying data to be cleansed
Qualifications	·         At least 6 years experience as an ABAP Senior HR/Payroll/Benefits/Time Programmer/Analyst with at least one full lifecycle (end-to-end) SAP implementation Solid SAP development experience utilizing ABAP and ABAP Objects Strong experience developing interfaces using ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, BDCs and interfacing with middleware products like XI Developing Classical, Interactive, ALV reports and dialog programs Experience researching and coding User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs and Enhancement Points Experience with conversions using LSMWs Experience with interface toolbox Experience in developing time/payroll functions/operations Understanding of new infotype framework Implementation experience in SAP version ECC 6.0 Public Sector and/or K-12 experience desired Concurrent Employment experience Additional skills in other SAP modules a plus Functional SAP experience a plus (Configuration, Infotypes, etc. Detailed knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies and tools; SAP Solution Manager, ASAP, IMG, Business Navigator is desirable
