Job Title: Network Administrator (Night Shift)

Required Skills:
- Primary duty is to oversee and support an organization�s infrastructure systems such as File and Print Services, Email, Network OS and Applications.
- Perform maintenance and support of the availability and functionality of these systems. Maintenance (includes OS Patching and upgrades), implementation rollouts of new systems, L1, 2&3 break fix
- 3-5 years experience in a MS/NT environment, MCSE certification preferred, strong customer relation skills
- Ability to use and understand multiple monitoring tools
- Ability to perform simple hardware replacements on DELL type equipment
- Ability to work from a ticketing environment for specific requests along with phone reported problems and real-time monitoring.
- Ability to work with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, etc to address specific outages or issues.
- Solid understanding of EMC Networker for backup/restore functions
- Primary shifts in the ESC are 7pm - 7am working either Sunday - Tuesday and every other Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday and every other Wednesday. However, flexibility is a must.
