Req # 2: Mainframe consultant.

This is in Iowa for 1 yr project.

Here are details:

one senior IT developer with experience creating solutions in IBM CICS Mainframe and in Micro Focus MTO running in a Windows Environment, and that has played a significant role in migrations from IBM MVS and CICS to the Micro Focus’ MTO product.

Required Skills
- Prior demonstrated ability to achieve and accomplish set goals is important.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge of IBM CICS internals and CICS control blocks.
- Experience programming with IBM CICS Control blocks from COBOL.
- Experience with CICS communication (ISC, IRC) in a MRO environment.
- Successfully able to configure Micro Focus MTO environment.
- Previous experience diagnosing errors in a Micro Focus MTO environment.
- Successfully implemented an ESM installation using AD or ADAM.
- Previous experience implementing Web Services in Micro Focus MTO.
- Experience writing Micro Focus MTO user exits.
- Experience using Revolve to perform code and impact analysis.
- Experience using adsiedit to update and interrogate information from ADAM or AD.
- Experience creating Web solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft’s Visual Source Safe.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team through a successful migration.


Preferred:
- Control-M configuration experience.
- Experience using Team Foundation Server as a code repository
- Experience writing HLLAPI applications
- Experience working in a government environment.
