QA W/BA & HR exp Within a week Duration: 3 months Rate: DOE Location: San Jose, CA Local to bay area

Skills: HR Project Experience 3 – 4 years Solid knowledge of testing phases and scripts appropriate for specific phases Hands on Test Scripting / Testing Experience Use of defect management tracking tools (Mercury, etc…) Compensation scripting / testing a plus Exp HR/Payroll/compensation processes must SAP Business Analyst Testing Assignment Review existing log of scripts Separate existing scripts into test phase types (Unit, Systems/Integration, End to End and UAT) Analyze existing test scripts to determine Gaps from a Business Scenario focused End to End / UAT perspective Write End to End / UAT scripts from a Business Scenario perspective to fill the Gaps (Completed set of scripts should be sufficient to regression test the individual systems and the integration between them) Understand the client testing tools to be used and the specific test script formats required to automate these scripts Participate in script execution for current in flight projects
