Role:  Senior Technical Lead – DataPower/XSLT

Experience Level: 8 + Years

Technical Competency: Senior Tech Lead

Job/Role Description:

·         8+ years experience in information technology including five years experience in architecture/design

·         Identify Functional and Non Functional Requirements and propose technical strategies

·         Define project level design; resolve functional issues and develop and maintain software systems

·         Develop and maintain common services, repositories and utility components for the enterprise.

·         Collaborates with partner teams, and organizations to achieve objectives.

·         Receives general supervision and completes assigned activities independently

·         Study, develop architectural frameworks, integration patterns and assist in development of reference material

Experience:

·         Experience with design patterns and ability to articulate solutions to technical audience

·         Experience working as a part of architecture organizations.

·         Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs as directed by the senior team members

·         Experience using and building frameworks and services.

·         Experience with Large Scale Application Integration on at least one project in all stages of the development life cycle

·         Experienced in uncovering requirements, conceptualizing solutions, and design and development for implementation of systems on at least one project

·         Solution oriented approach and experience in tools/technology evaluation

·         Knowledge of open source tools/technologies in the technical area of expertise

·         Self-starter and able to work independently with minimal technical direction

Skills:

·         Must Have: XML/XSLT, Strong hands-on XSLT experience

·         Required:  Spring, Java, J2EE, MQSeries

·         Desirable: Spring Integration, Spring Batch, DataPower

·         Nice to have:  MQBroker, DataGrid

·         Communication Skills : L3 or above in Communication competency

·         Project Management Skills : Not required
