Rate:$40/hr CTC

 

Must Have:  Lotus Notes &  ETL & RBAC & any health Care Exp

 

SQL Server 2000 – 2005 scripting and ETL experience

•         Lotus Notes experience

•         Ability to work with unstructured text to resolve data issues

•         Familiarity with CIGNA SCR and RBAC systems a plus or any health Care Exp.

 

DESIRED SKILLS >> Developer Skill Set:

• Scripting to create a new database from multiple sources

• SQL Server 2000 and Enterprise Manager

• Microsoft Access

• Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work with unstructured (text) looking for keywords and application names

• Familiarity with CIGNA's SCR Systems and RBAC administrator tool a significant plus

• Lotus Notes

Analyst Skill Set:

• Security administration experience understanding entitlements for provisioning in different operating systems and application security

• Prior experience setting up/defining Role Based Access

• Ability to work with unstructured data

• Good communication skills both verbal and written

• Process driven

 

DESIRED EXPERIENCE >> • Familiarity with CIGNA's SCR Systems and RBAC administrator tool a significant plus

PROJECT DELIVERABLES >> Deliverables

• Scripts to extract data from multiple sources

• Creation of a centralized database to contain the extracted data

• Data/Gap Analysis

• Manual Data Scrubbing

• Clearly define level of access and access pairs within each Application

• Obtain approval from Application areas with regard to entitlement information

• Determine file format for application areas to use to feed into Aveksa

• Creation of user interface to centralized database to allow for manual update capabilities.
