SQL Database Developer ( 10 Yrs Exp )

Location: Houston, Texas---F2F Interview

Duration: 1 to 3 Years

 

***Candidates MUST have at least 10 years of SQL Database Development EXP*** 

The client is not interviewing candidates with less experience

We have a senior SQL Database Developer with 10+ years of experience. There are actually two positions open. This is starting as a 1+ year long contract on a 3+ year project and could extend longer. 

Candidate will need to be very good at developing applications in SQL Server using T-SQL. Their applications are developed in T-SQL on SQL Server 2005. SQL backend coding, stored procedures, packages, SSAS, SSIS, query optimization, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 10 years of SQL Database Development experience
• Experience with large SQL Server databases (application development in T-SQL) to analyze and create reports is a must.
• De-regulated electricity industry preferably in Energy Trading, Load Forecasting, Scheduling, Risk management, Settlements and P&L reporting (preferred)
• Experience with .NET applications is preferable
• Must be able to interview in person in Houston following an initial phone screen
