Requirements & Responsibilities * Senior.NET Architect
* Minimum 8-10 years experience in IT
* Two plus year of experience with SSIS, SSAS development and work flow development
* Two plus year of experience with ESRI technologies
* Two plus years in developing C# .NET and VB .NET, middle tier objects such as data access, business logic layers, etc.
* Must have in-depth knowledge of XML, XSLT and Schema manipulation, user interface design/styling
* Develops services using WCF.
* Develops in Microsoft Framework 3.5
* Develops presentation tier elements using ASP.NET
* Design and interpret UML, Class, Use Case and Sequence diagram
* Writes data access code that interfaces to a SQL server database
* SQL Server 2008; SQL CLR; SQL stored procedures
* Write reports utilizing SQL Reporting System (SRS)
* Write SSIS to support data migration
* Must have in-depth knowledge of datamarts, data federation, integration of disparate data domains
* Participates and/or lead code review sessions
* Documents software through detailed source code comments
* Assist and mentor lower level .Net web developers
* Tests .NET architected systems
* Be able to work independently with minimum supervision
* Abide by and promote project development standards
* Ability to clearly communicate technical thoughts to a non-technical customer
* Ability to set and maintains documentation standards for lower level BAs
* Ability to work as a liaison between program groups and application development team
* Experience with working & leading enterprise level initiatives
* Ability to analyze needs and conduct user requirement assessments sessions
* Ability to create and explain use cases based on the analysis of business*s needs
* Assists the project management team in the design of the application
* Ability to lead JAD sessions with end users and management to capture business requirements
* Ability to manages multiple project initiatives simultaneously
* Ability to create screen mockup that can easily be understood and follow by end users
* Ability to review/modify use cases for applicability and clarity
* Ability to create and understand documents such as Use-Cases, Sequence Diagrams, State Charts, Diagrams, Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Activity Diagrams
* The senior .NET Architect/Developer must have experience in developing N-Tier web based applications for data collection, analysis and dissemination (e.g., graphically, reports, messaging, SSIS and RSS feeds).
* This individual must have the ability to design and enhance an existing data system to collect, analyze and disseminate health data.
* This individual must have extensive experience with developing situational awareness applications utilizing Enterprise data and using various Microsoft and ESRI technologies.
* In addition, the Senior.NET Architect/Developer must have experience working with large .Net web application development efforts and have experience working with end users to gather requirements for new and/or enhancements of an existing system.
* The candidate must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work within deadlines.
* This position requires the ability to deeply understand, develop and document granular business issues.
* This candidate should be a self-sufficient and highly effective at managing time and be able to be an effective team player.
* Previous experience with developing health care or disease related systems are a plus.
