Deploy the SAP Sales and Distribution CS Customer Service module. The ideal candidate should be able to execute requirement gathering sessions with the business to define deliverables (Blueprinting workshop materials, As-Is, To-Be, Gap analysis) and help the configuration team to configure the SAP CS processes.
