Required QA Test Lead at OH

Title: QA TEST LEAD

Location: Cincinnati, OH

Duration: 9 months

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in all facets of Quality Assurance testing and User Acceptance testing of which at least 2 years leading a test team of more than 5 resources on a Tier-1 project. 
• Experience as a Test Lead on multiple large sized projects in multiple industries. 
• Experience planning and executing various phases of testing like System, End to End, UAT and Performance Experience in gathering and reporting testing and quality metrics is required.
• Experience in test effort estimation and ramping up a test team. 
• Experience testing open systems, mainframe and batch applications.
• Experience in defining Test data strategy and create complex, reusable test data sets. 
• Formal QA/test training and certifications are a plus
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong customer facing skills and experience.
