Dear Partner:       J2EE Lead Location: Middletown, CT Duration: 1 Year Rate: $42-43/hr MUST BE LOCAL   Primary Skills: Qualified candidates should have over 8 - 9 years of work experience, J2EE, Design patterns, Spring Framework (Spring core, MVC, AOP, Transaction Management, Acegi ), Hibernate 3.x or iBatis, Rules Engine / Workflow ( BLAZE is a bonus )   Secondary Skills: HealthCare Experience   JOB DESCRIPTION: •             Supports Delivery Life Cycle including Maintenance •             Acts as Chief Technical Contributor translating business requirements to technical specs and in the design of new applications or enhancements •             Responsible for Code Asset Management for applications •             Supports and promote asset reuse •             Performs unit/integrated complete system testing according to detailed plans •             With limited direction, supports the implementation of systems into production •             Assists team members performing system maintenance, research, and support tasks •             Acts as Team Leader to direct technical activities and coaches/trains other team members, end users and peers •             Utilizes accepted methodology & tools in a disciplined manner     QUALIFICATIONS: •             Qualified candidates should have over 8 – 9 years of work experience •             J2EE, Design patterns, Spring Framework (Spring core, MVC, AOP, Transaction Management, Acegi ), Hibernate 3.x or iBatis, Rules Engine / Workflow ( BLAZE is a bonus ) •             Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, IBM MQ and CICS is a plus •             AJAX code, Dojo Toolkit, Prototype, and DWR is a plus •             Experience working with databases/Stored procs (DB2 / Oracle) •             Experience with WebSphere 6.x. - Async beans preferred •             Experience with large-scale systems •             Able to work in a fast paced environment •             Prior demonstration and proven credibility of exceptional communications and listening skills, including successfully negotiating with multiple levels of the organization •             Strong leadership skills to effectively influence decisions and positively impact progress •             Medical Management experience is a plus •             .NET knowledge is a plus         Please respond with Resume, Rate and Phone numbers of the Consultant.
