Role mainframe Test lead

Start Date: ASAP

 

 

REQUIREMENT

6 + years of IT experience

3 + years of hands on experience as test lead  in IBM mainframe environment

 

Technical skills required

• Hands on working experience with TSO ISPF environment
• Mainframe tools File aid, Super C, IMS file aid (or similar DB look up tools) / IBM file Manager, Changeman .
• Hands on experience with JCL
• Experience with IMS DC/DB  COBOL environment
• Working with IMS DC screens is desired
• Working with DB2 environment is desired

 

Health care domain Expertise

• Knowledge about healthcare claims processing – End to End 
• Well versed with health care terminologies ( Plan , contracts , benefits etc  )
• End to end testing experience with a health care claims processing system
• Testing experience with Adjudication System / Benefit application system

 

Process Knowledge & SDLC

• Solid back ground with SDLC processes
• Strong back ground of  preparing test cases , test plans
• Experience in formulating testing strategies / Approaches

 

Management Skills

• Ability to lead the team of 8-10
• Working experience with offshore – onsite model
• Status reporting , ability to forecast testing effort , Scheduling
• Strong client interfacing and Negotiating skills

 

Other

• Strong analytical skills
• Communicator

 

Location: Thousand Oaks, CA

Rate: $45/hr

Duration : 6 months
