Location – all over West Coast, so can be based anywhere in WA, CA or OR

Travel- some travel required and expenses will be paid.

START – MUST be available to start on 9/1

LAPTOP – must have own laptop to get started

Seeking a Cisco Universal Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) with Cisco CVP engineering resource.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Trained/certified in UCCE 7.5 and CVP 7.0 installation to include configuration and testing.
• 3-5 years experience implementing UCCE/CVP
• Strong Customer Facing skills
