• Must have strong experience in designing the CRM solution using the Java technology. Must have experience in leading the team in designing and architecting the solution using Java & related technologies.
• Excellent problem solving, proactive thinking, analytical, and programming skills.
• Quick learner and should be able to learn new technologies on own as necessary.
• Good oral and written communication skills .
• CRM domain knowledge is an added advantage Execellent documentation skills .
• Design solutions, Technical designs, etc
